Where are you located? TOP
It's All About Me is located at 900 S. Main Street, Suite 320, just next door to Main Street Cafe.  We are closest to the intersection of Highway 377 / Main Street and Wall Price-Keller Road in the Bear Creek Plaza shopping center.

Are you currently hiring? TOP

We are not currently hiring, but you are more than welcome to send us your resume and qualifications to info@its-all-about-me.me or drop it by the store during normal business hours.

How do I get special coupons? TOP
That's easy!  Just sign our guest book the next time you're in.  We mail out special coupons to our customers.

Do you sell gift certificates? TOP
Yes, and these have become quite popular at It's All About Me.  Gift certificates can be purchased in any $5 increments, starting with $5.

Customer must present gift certificate at time of purchase. 

All gift certificates have a life 6 months.  Gift certificates will not be honored after expiration date.  No exceptions.

One gift certificate per customer per transaction.  Not valid with other offers.  Must be used in one transaction.  If all of gift certificate is not used, no customer credit or "refund" of remaining funds will be given.

Do you take items on consignment? TOP
It's All About Me does accept items on consignment, but very rarely.  It is up to the owner's discretion whether or not to take in new items.  We sometimes don't have room for items or may have similar items in the shop already.  For any further questions, please contact the store.

Do you still sell diaper cakes? TOP
While we currently don't have diaper cakes ready to go for sale, we can still whip one up for you when you need it.  Just come by, email us or give us a call to discuss.

What is your general shipping policy? TOP
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  Online orders received before Noon CST will typically be shipped out the next business day.  Web orders received after Noon CST will be shipped within 2 business days.  We ship to all states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus the following major protectorates and territories of the United States: Guam, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We currently do not ship packages outside of the US.  If you have a special inquiry, please contact us via phone at 817-731-4441 or via email at info@Its-All-About-Me.me. 

What is your return policy? TOP
So sorry...no returns.  Exchanges only within 2 weeks of purchase date.  All sales final on seasonal merchandise.

Damaged or defective goods? TOP

Damaged or Defective Goods:

We want all of our customers to be happy with the merchandise they have purchased from us. If you have received a damaged or defective piece from us and would like to exchange for an exact item or receive a credit toward any other merchandise, please contact an It's All About Me representative at 817-431-4441 or info@Its-All-About-Me.me as quickly as possible. Merchandise should be returned in shipped condition within 3 weeks of purchase date.  We will be happy to take care of you! 

 

Shortage Claims or Damaged Goods:

Please inspect all boxes upon receipt.  For shortages or damages, please contact us within 5 business days of the receipt of goods.  In addition, if the outer carton is damaged, please keep all boxes and packaging material available for United States Postal Service inspection

It's All About Me cares about personal data and how information is used on the Internet. By using our site, you are agreeing to our policy as stated below:

Under our policy we will need certain information for online orders including name, billing and shipping addresses, phone numbers and email addresses. This information is needed to complete your online order and provide the best possible service. Online customers will be added to our mailing list, but you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@Its-All-About-Me.me. 

It's All About Me will NEVER sell or disclose your identity or personal information to any third party.

Our online ordering system allows for the following methods of payment:

In-store, we offer the following types of payment methods:

Is it safe to use my credit card? TOP
Secure orders are sent to our secure server using the standard SSL protocol. SSL is the industry standard for secure transactions. It encrypts your order so that it cannot be read, making it safe to transmit your credit card number over the Internet.

Credit card problems using our web site? TOP
If your credit card is experiencing problems with our ordering system, you may want to try using an alternate card. You may also call your credit card company to see if there is a problem with your card.
